This experience inspired me to start my own business because if I could do it for them, what was stopping me from doing it for myself. My past has shown me that customer service is my top priority, so providing this quality to my own clientele excited me! I am driven by my contributions to society, furthering my expertise, and learning new skills. “Ask Sellena” stems from my willingness to assist all individuals using my wisdom, knowledge, experience, and training.
The first business I established, 1st United Tax and Accounting, has helped several individuals grow personally and professionally. My second business, Kidz 1st Level Learning, started from my want to provide children a strong base for lifelong learning. We believe kids need warmth, love, and responsiveness in their early years to help guide their personal, social, and emotional development. Being family-oriented, I wanted to continue assisting families in growing as a unit, so I Founded “Dear Daughter.” This third business brings together mothers and daughters for well-needed conversations, positive interactions, and quality time, as these relationships are crucial in helping the development of stronger bonds.
As a boss, I always make sure never to lose focus on what truly matters, family. I am a mother to five beautiful kids, and every decision I make is surrounded around providing what is best for them and others!
